We’re working through a review of our District Plan and are proposing some big changes for residential and rural development. It’s called Plan Change 50. We’re seeking your feedback on our draft proposals now.
Two areas of significant interest for our community will be the high and medium density residential zones. We’re proposing to dramatically increase the level of intensification across the city.

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
