An Open Day is your opportunity to find Para sport opportunities in your area, watch demonstrations, and get amongst the action yourself.
You’ll also have a chance to chat with Para athletes and coaches and find out how you can get involved. A variety of Para sports will be included at each event such as Wheelchair Basketball, Para cycling, Boccia, Para athletics, and there’ll be lots more to see and do.
The Open Days are FREE to attend.

1. Set up a Halloween Group for your street! Plan your Halloween evening with your neighbours to see what time everyone is taking the kids out. You could even co-ordinate matching costumes!
2. Download one of our SPOOKY Neighbourly Halloween posters to stick on your house or letterbox for if:
- You welcome all trick or treaters
- You want trick or treaters to stay away
3. Stay in areas of your neighbourhood that are familiar and are well lit. And although Halloween is supposed to be spooky, be careful not to frighten your elderly neighbours by popping out of the dark!

Vibration Machine great for massaging muscles after exercise or a physically intense day on the low settings. Mainly used for toning muscles. As I have no room to house this machine, this is a reluctant sale. , however this must be picked up. Please email me if interested.
