Tai Chi anyone?
I am honoured to have been invited to provide a Tai Chi demonstration session at the Lower Hutt Kaumatua Games on 6th October
Be in the Korero Room at Walter Nash Centre around 11am if you want to try Tai Chi and join in the fun
First-time lifter Mona got the technique down pat while Colin lifted an incredible 60kg! Even 100-year-old Bill joined in! Together they raised $1,700 for Hato Hone St John. A day full of fun, courage, and community spirit!
