In these sessions we will focus on improving your health, breath, balance, posture, flexibility and mindset. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their overall well-being. Note: Your Tai Chi Instructor, Andrew Hardwick, is a member of the New Zealand National Tai Chi Ch'uan Association Inc.
