NEW RADIO STATION FOR TE AROHA

John Watson from

Hi everyone. A number of you will have seen this article in today’s Te Aroha News about Positively Te Aroha - a new community radio station for our town. We're also planning to broadcast via an FM radio frequency for those who don't have internet coverage. A point I want to make is that this is not about me. It's about us as a community. While we already have a Committee of 4 locals, we're wanting to hear from community groups, charities, not-for-profits, schools, churches etc who are keen to get free air-play about themselves, what they do and special events etc. Please email us at positivelytearoha@gmail.com

On this ANZAC Day, let's take a moment to remember and honor the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.

Tell us who are you honouring today. Whether it's a story from the battlefield or a memory of a family member who fought in the war, we'd love you to share your stories below.
