It is causing me to feel continuously dizzy and often brings on migraines, which is not a nice feeling. I have been to physio who recommended me to attend yoga or pilates to help correct my posture. Currently I have my back and shoulders taped up and have looked into yoga stretches.

I need someone who knows what they are doing to make sure I am doing everything correctly so I don't hurt myself.

I am a very poor student so am looking for a cheaper option for yoga classes or one on one yoga. Does anyone know of any around or is there someone who can help me with my problem? I am desperate as it is now affecting my quality of life and just day to say living.
