4. Don’t interfere with any gas appliance – call an authorised professional

5. Have gas appliances regularly serviced – once a year or as per manufacturer’s instructions – to ensure they are running safely and efficiently. Keep records.

6. If you don't know when an appliance was last serviced, don't risk it, get it checked.

If you're in doubt whether something belongs in the recycling bin, the best practice is to simply leave it out.

Wool Prem Baby Knitting

Wendy from Gate Pa

I am knitting for prem babies at the hospitals. I am needing wool not acrylic as I am told the acrylic does not breath and can be too hot for the little babies.
If you have any spare wool I would appreciate it to help keep our little babies warm.
Thank you.

Hi Everyone,
If you aren't already aware, the Tauranga SPCA has an Op Shop in Greerton, a great little shop, located in the Chadwick road shopping centre, situated next to the Westpac bank. The shops main purpose is to raise money to contribute to the day to day care of the animals that make their way to the SPCA shelter. This money pays for things like healthcare and vaccinations so that our furry friends can stay happy and healthy and have a better chance of finding their forever home.
The shop relies on good quality second hand goods to raise this money, so without the support of the community the shop cannot properly contribute, which is where this advert comes in!!

We really need more good quality stock to keep our store ticking over!!

We accept;
*Electrical goods
*Books
*Furniture
*Clothing
*Kitchenware
*Bric a brac
*Linen
*Garden Tools
*General tools
And everything else in between!!

If you have any unwanted items that you think could help, please let us know on 075713462, or email tauranga.opshop@spca.nz
We have a pickup service or you are welcome to drop off to the store at 193 Chadwick Road.

Thanks :)

I need the pads but also the flexible wire fitting which connects into the foot machine to power the pads up.
