Local Elections 2022 - #CrashCourseInCouncil
Next up in our #CrashCourseInCouncil, we level up on service requests👇
Service requests are when someone in our community asks us to get something done. We manage hundreds of requests a day on all kinds of things. Our teams responded to 13,035 regulatory-related service requests alone in the 2020/21 financial year.☎️📨📱
Some things we can get sorted, like a blocked drain, a building query, graffiti or a pooch on the loose. And some things we can’t – like a plane flying over your house in the afternoon (yes, we really got a request to stop planes flying over someone’s home). ✈️ 🏡
