📆 4–5.30pm, Tuesday 26 July at the Waikanae Community Centre
📆 9.30–11.00am, Wednesday 27 July at Council Chambers in Paraparaumu and via Zoom
📆 5.30–7.00pm, Tuesday 2 August at Ngā Purapura (Te Wānanga) in Ōtaki, and
📆 6–7.30pm, Tuesday 9 August at St Peters Hall in Paekākāriki.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
