Dodgy tenants have left a Tauranga landlord fuming and wanting property managers to clean up their act when it comes to selecting tenants.
Nicky Cox discovered syringes, bags of marijuana, point bags, and meth contamination throughout her Welcome Bay rental home when she was cleaning it out for her new tenants.
She says it the property managers should have to pay for the clean up costs - what do you think?
Whose responsibility should it be?

Wondering if anyone knows if there is anyone doing cake decorating classes in Papamoa. I am really wanting to learn how to decorate the drip cakes that are very popular at the moment.

Some very sad person stole my solar fence unit between 5.45pm on Sunday 28 May and 5.30 pm on Monday 29 May.
This person would have had to climb over the fence on Maranui Road, enter the property, cross the paddock, walk past my horse and disconnect the unit, returning along the same path carrying the unit.
I take great care of my horse – this unit helps to keep him safe in his paddock and away from danger. I am gutted to think that someone has chosen to put my horse, and the public at risk.
I imagine this unit will be used to cultivate drugs, or be sold for money to purchase drugs. Sad.
I only hope some other horse owner hasn’t stolen it for their own horse(s). That would be even sadder.
The unit has a black front panel and rear orange casing. It has a red connector on the top right hand side of the unit, with a green connector below it. It has S10 marked to the left of the green connector.
Whatever the reason, I am giving you the opportunity of returning this – no questions asked. You have the chance to clear your conscience and begin to turn your life around. You can call me on 021 285 6609, or just pop the unit back into the paddocks somewhere, then call or text me that you have done the right thing.

Traffic woes was a big topic of concern following Neighbourly responses to the Bay News. We are curious how much longer is your commute to and from work or school from the same time last year? Has it improved or worsened?

We are seeking a rural small house or fitted out shed etc with hopefully 2 bedrooms. Being warm and dry is first priority with a good web connection. It doesn't have to be perfect/flash just cosy. Move in date can be flexible btu we are very keen to take action. Excellent references are available. Happy to help out round the place if needed.
Prefer Prefer a location somewhere between Te Puke thru to Lower Kaimai
