DARP - Depression Anxiety Recovery Program - INFORMATION SESSIONS

Kim from Papakura

DARP (Depression & Anxiety Recovery Program)
- Is an 8-week program with group sessions and expert research that has amazing results!
- It usually costs $250 but as a community service it is subsidised to $150.
- DARP addresses physical and mental well-being by focusing on nutrition, exercise, and principles for improving anxiety and depression.
- And focuses on the underlying causes of depression and anxiety by taking a wholistic approach of connecting the mind and body.

THE RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES

“I was suffering from severe depression and anxiety and was finding it very difficult to cope. I found coming to the sessions each week very helpful and the readings in the books were great. I noticed when I started doing the daily diary and taking linseed everyday I could feel the difference start to occur. I am amazed at how well this program has worked and the difference it has made in my life - thank you to everyone... you are amazing.”
