Want a healthy treat for the whole family? Then make up Lifestream's Spirulina Nice Cream!
You will need:
Lifestream Spirulina - 2 tablets or 1 tsp of powder
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen mango (or you could try pineapple)
1/4 cup milk of choice
1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions:
Blend until completely smooth. Spoon into a serving bowl, jar or cone and enjoy!
