Old style wooden Upright Piano and stool

Just a warning to anyone who may buy from PB Technologies – a very large firm with branches through NZ. Inspect your goods before you leave the shop.
I went there to buy a specific quality computer power supply. I could not find it on the shelves, so a staff member said he would try and find me one. He finally produced one and I purchased it - but it was some time before I opened the packaging to use it. The outer wrapping had the name and barcode of the one I wanted. My docket showed the type I wanted and its price, but when opened the power supply was not only a cheaper brand, but was old and used. Obviously somebody had swapped it for a good one. Only a staff member could have done that because of the security on the doors.
I took it back and asked for my money back, but they refused because it was over the 14 days for returns. They would not budge, saying that it was probable that I had used the original and put the old one back in the wrapping. NOT a good look for customer relations. I most certainly will never deal with them again.

Hi neighbours,

Do you think primary teachers and principals should be striking? Thousands of teachers have taken industrial action on Wednesday, with dozens of rallies planned around the country. They aim to gain attention for better pay, conditions and incentives to attract new teachers. Although about 30,000 people in the profession are involved in the strike, not everyone agrees with it.

So, what are your thoughts on the strike? Do you think teachers deserve better pay? Or should they have stayed around the negotiating table for longer? Are you a teacher or parent with views on the topic? Let us know in the replies!
