AUCTION: Wednesday, 27th November 2019 at 12:00 pm at Ray White Pukekohe

The owners have re-adjusted their price expectations, needing this SOLD and wanting YOU to decide what it's worth!

A place to call home, offering three sunny and spacious upstairs bedrooms with an additional room on the lower level with private access - endless options for hosting, office space or a rumpus room for the kids.

A clever two-level design, featuring a modern kitchen with an open plan dining and lounge. Soak in the morning sun on your elevated balcony that spills out from your lounge.

Best for the long sunny days - enjoy the extended deck flowing from your open plan dining area

Well-appointed with two heat pumps, HRV system, alarm and an internal access garage.

A delightful street appeal in a sought-after location and close to public transport, shops, and motorway access. Zoned for popular Opaheke School and Rosehill College.

Having outgrown this elegant home, the owners are packing up and moving on. Ideal for summer lovers, entertainers, first home buyers, families, and investors.
