I prefer to help non technical people who need help or advice. I'm doing this to give back to the community and to keep busy.
I have spare used car tyres to give away free. I've found them very useful around our lifestyle block for tyre walls and protecting young trees, however as our trees have grown I've removed them so have spares looking for a new home. Happy to drop off around Levin.

Kāpiti's spring, which as usual, began in August has been particularly dry, receiving less than half its usual September rain to-date, so the 40mm of gentle showers over the the last two days are also to be celebrated.

He is a 2-year-old male tabby, missing since the end of November 2024 from Duncan's Way/Ngaio Street, Otaki Beach. Unfortunately, he has no microchip. We have contacted our old neighbors and set up a cat trap at four different addresses in Otaki, but so far, we have had no luck. We have also distributed flyers in mailboxes around Otaki Beach and received some sightings, but none have been confirmed. His cat tower blankets and our clothing have been placed outside.
