Auckland greengrocer lends hand to small business
A greengrocer has started stocking products from a local butchery and seafood spot to keep them in commerce with Auckland at alert level 4.
As of Wednesday products from Sam's Butchery and Oceanz Silverdale can be bought at Fruit World Silverdale.
Under alert level 4 restrictions greengrocers can sell uncooked food through contactless delivery, but butcheries and seafood shops cannot operate.
The greengrocer is also selling products to local food banks at a discounted price.
