My wife and I have two lifestyle sections for sale on Hungry Creek Road, Puhoi. Both are north-facing, sunny sites with spectacular views and privacy. Hungry Creek Road is a quiet, country road and the lots are just 1km (2 minutes) from SH1.
Lot 1 is a 1ha, hilltop section with a level, geotechnically-approved building platform approx 1750m2 and easy access. It commands 360 degree views of Puhoi including native kauri stands, pastured hillsides, SH1 and the Johnstone Hill Tunnels.

Lot 2 is a 2ha, north-facing section with varying contours and a number of potential building areas. It has a geotechnically approved building site but has not been leveled or had access formed. It is essentially a blank canvas.
