The programme came out today. It can be expensive to outfit yourself and your family for events, but did you know that a lot of people made their own clothes back in the 1920s and 1930s. There are some sewing patterns available online and free knitting and sewing patterns. you can make really spectacular, one of a kind outfits for a fraction of the cost.

New neighbour
Okay folks, if you feed your animals outside, you might want to rethink that. We have new nocturnal neighbours, inside Havelock North.
There is a very well fed brush tail possum up the pōhutukawa tree in my garden.
I don’t know where it’s come in from, but it’s in the middle of a residential neighbourhood, so keep an eye on your pet doors, open windows and doors and pet food.
I’ll be notifying council and DOC tomorrow.
Old woodern chair
Hi does anyone have any old (can be broken) woodern chairs with the spindle back. Or does anyone have any spindles lying around please they would like to get rid of. Many thanks
