Unwanted carpet
We are replacing the carpet through our house. While it has some marks/stains it is in pretty good condition. Any suggestions as to how to dispose of it apart from landfill? Photo attached. Doesn't do it justice. Colour is medium grey. Shown already lifted at a join ready for removal. Waiting for confirmation of arrival of new carpet before removal. Could be up to 8 weeks
New neighbour
Okay folks, if you feed your animals outside, you might want to rethink that. We have new nocturnal neighbours, inside Havelock North.
There is a very well fed brush tail possum up the pōhutukawa tree in my garden.
I don’t know where it’s come in from, but it’s in the middle of a residential neighbourhood, so keep an eye on your pet doors, open windows and doors and pet food.
I’ll be notifying council and DOC tomorrow.

Old woodern chair
Hi does anyone have any old (can be broken) woodern chairs with the spindle back. Or does anyone have any spindles lying around please they would like to get rid of. Many thanks
