Cash register still needed
If anyone has closed out their business, or upgraded their hardware, and has a 50+ department programmable cash register available, I’m still looking for one for the Re-New Community Workshop and Store. It would be so much easier than the app I’m using at the moment.
New neighbour
Okay folks, if you feed your animals outside, you might want to rethink that. We have new nocturnal neighbours, inside Havelock North.
There is a very well fed brush tail possum up the pōhutukawa tree in my garden.
I don’t know where it’s come in from, but it’s in the middle of a residential neighbourhood, so keep an eye on your pet doors, open windows and doors and pet food.
I’ll be notifying council and DOC tomorrow.

The Ministry of Social Development is reporting that fake information is circulating about new ‘December bonuses’ or ‘benefit increases’

Volunteers Wanted
Due to retirement of 3 of our long serving volunteers. We are looking for 2-3 volunteers to share the co-ordinator role, preparation of meals, to keep the much loved Tait Drive Social Club going.
