And you really don’t need to drive all the way to the school gates to drop them off and pick them up.
If they can manage manouvering around the school, like Olympian’s, during the day, they can manage manoeuvring to the car, a street or 2 away.
Don’t park in the bus stops. Every school week, every year, outside every school, people park in the bus stops. The sections of Guthrie Rd, either side of Nimon St, are BUS STOPS, between 2.45 and 3.30pm. DO NOT PARK IN THEM! No, you won’t be just a couple of minutes. Yes, it is a HUGE problem. Don’t do it. Outside any school.
If you don’t want to sit in traffic for an hour, waiting for your precious cargo, park further away. I leave to pick mine up at 3pm. When his school finishes. I’m home by 3.15pm. And there are 3 schools in the one block. 2 with entrances right next to each other, in a cul de sac with access to the third.
I park 2 streets away. And the same cars are still sitting there, when I leave, as when I arrived, and they are no closer to the school.
Stop BEING the traffic you are so worried about.

Hi Everyone. The organisers have been and assessed the park and with the likelihood of more heavy rain this afternoon and very soggy underfoot, this event at 4pm today Sunday 29th January has been postponed. I will let you know the new date once it is decided.
Made of particle board. We used as a toy box and later to store extra bedding. A little bit of damage at the bottom on the ends as in picture, otherwise in good condition.

Unfortunately this little explorer has got out and is making his way through Bay View. I left for work this morning and he was in the gate but some how he’s managed to escape. If everyone could please keep a look out I’d really appreciate it. He is very small and very friendly and I’m worried he has actually been attacked by another dog.
Could people around Bay View also please check their sheds around Rogers Road. He may have some how got stuck in there too. I'm going to have posters made and go door knocking over the weekend in hopes that someone has him.
He went missing from Rogers Road. Last seen midday yesterday on Rogers Road.
