How do you think Whangārei will be impacted if Refining NZ moves to an import terminal?

Refining NZ shareholders will vote on Friday on whether the Marsden Point refinery should stop refining oil and become a dedicated fuel import terminal. The proposal will impact 80 per cent of the refinery's 300 workers and approximately 200 contractors. If it happens, how do you think Whangārei would be impacted?
