Kairos KK Half Marathon training
Last Saturday's training walk/run to the iconic Rainbow Falls was a blast. Great scenery, great exercise and great company! Next Saturday, weather permitting, we meet at 9am outside Al Fresco in Paihia to traverse across to Opua and back along some of our very beautiful coast line - we estimate 16km there and back.
