Are you interested in ageing and women's health?
It is my privilege to bring women's healthy ageing researcher Dr Wendy Sweet into our Northland communities to share her knowledge.
In 2009 I was the NZ Fitness Life Award winner trainer of the year and part of Dr Wendy Sweets' research on how to motivate clients and create change. As a wellness educator and passionate advocate for the health of women in Northland, it is my honour to bring you this meaningful education and research to Kaikohe, Kerikeri and Whangarei.
Tickets are limited so book online now to avoid missing out ($25 each).
