Because it’s been seen so rarely, scientists still know very little about it. But its striking features are already sparking debate about whether it should be given special protection, and some have even argued it could become an icon species for Papua New Guinea.
At a time when we so often hear about species disappearing, the return of this little shark is a reminder that nature can surprise us ... and that there’s always reason to hope.

This has been in my family from new; it was purchased in the 1930s. Still in very good condition and has a lovely tone but it does need tuning. Happy to include stool if you'd like it.

Some of the Wairarapa Model Aircraft Club will be flying INDOORS this Wednesday the 17th. from 7pm until around 9pm at the Masterton Memorial Stadium. Entrance round the back between New World and the Stadium.
Come and have a look at some nice little RC planes flying.
