The work involves:
- Interior and exterior painting & carpentry
- Qualified gas and drainage repairs and installs
- Qualified electrical including heat pumps and ventilation
- General maintenance
Work is carried out to our client’s schedule of rates so there is no quoting or invoicing. Basic computer skills and internet access are required as jobs are received, managed and invoiced via our internet portal and mobile phone app.

I've seen at least two, sometimes three, every time I've been there these last couple of months. They perch on the docks or convenient poles and forage for crabs in the little inlet. Their table manners are brutal. This chap is looking particularly russet in the evening's golden light.
