This Could Prove To Be Heaven For You!
This property is the definition of privacy. Thirty hectares of ex-dairy farm contour, will require only regular yearly maintenance to keep it at this high standard. The pasture has been well looked after and the water supply is more than what you could wish for...clear artesian well water with a large dam as a back up water supply, on a clever automated system. This is a unique property, the five bedroom home is spacious and the layout is ideal for separation of generations if that is a requirement, or a wish. A well kitted out second (unconsented) two bedroom dwelling, on it's own drive and out of site is bonus accommodation for family or friends. Being at the end of the road means no passing traffic, road noise or dust...just peace and tranquillity.

Big, Bright, Beautiful
This enchanting four-bedroom home provides a clutch of features which make it a jolly rare find. The layout has been well-considered and as a result indoor-outdoor flow is easy, and in summer, downright tempting with a substantial patio partially covered by an attractive pergola and a lower private cosy courtyard overlooking the pond, ideal for a quiet moment. Two skylights provide excellent natural light inside over and above an already naturally light bright interior. A rather nice feature in this home too is a separate laundry off the garage. The setting here is unique. You won't find another that matches it with a house of this quality attached to it. You're within walking distance of schools, shops, cafΓ©'s, medical centre and some good fast food, while being only 35 minutes from Auckland's CBD outside of rush hour. Pop it on the top of your list.

This chair was built about 4 years ago and is designed so that you can sweep the entire sky with powerful binoculars while sitting in comfort. It runs from a normal mains outlet to supply power and used a linear drive unit from a bed to elevate the chair and the motor from a roller door to give the Azimuth drive. You have a small switch box with up/off down and left/off/ right position to steer your view around the sky. The picture shows my 20X 80 binoculars but the chair will have some 25x70 units as I wish to keep the biggest ones. It lives under my carport and can easily be wheeled out on any flat area for observing. It would be ideal for meteor/comet or satellite observation as every time I have used it I have seen dozens. Since the photo was taken the power supply has been updated and made much safer. Can be seen in Helensville.
