Then we breathe out clear white light representing all our boundless wisdom, compassion, good health, good karma—everything good within us. This light is sent out with the breath, and we visualize it melting into the person, present or imagined. Visualize every cell of their body soaked in light and being healed, so that they are completely happy and at ease.
