Mountain Biking for Muscular Dystrophy
On Monday 12 we will set off from Cape Reinga mountain biking
to Bluff, 3000 km over 30 days carrying our gear and camping the length of NZ via cycle trails, back country roads etc as part of Tour Aotearoa Event. Along the way we hope to raise funds for Muscular Dystrophy Assoc in honour of our friend Oliver Groom who is incredible in the way he faces challenges in life.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
