Study in Northland!
Meet Jasmine (Te Rarawa, Te Aupouri, Ngāpuhi, Ngāti Hine) who shares “Awanuiārangi offered an accessible teaching programme that meant I didn't have to move away from home in North Hokianga. I’ve grown personally and professionally through my studies making my whānau/hapū proud. I was employed by a school immediately after completing, am now focusing on my teacher registration, and planning to return to study for a Master of Indigenous Studies”.

This charming character filled 1930's home has so much to offer. The sprawling home features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious separate lounge which is partially separated by a double sided open fireplace which makes a real statement. There is also a freestanding fire in the dining area connected to a wetback and a heat transfer system. A private patio is located off the kitchen/dining area making it the perfect space for entertaining or enjoying dinner outside on a beautiful summer's night. There is a private deck off the front of the house which is a pleasant retreat on those hot summer days. The double garage has internal access and there is a large loft adding to the possibilities. It's fully fenced, with raised gardens and established fruit trees and plenty of parking. And as an added bonus there is a well constructed child's play house and a large sandpit. Overall a lovely lifestyle property, set on 3365m2 of land and only approx 5 mins from central Kaitaia and all the local amenities. A short drive takes you to the west or east coast beaches, what more could you ask for.
Seek and you will find this hidden treasure. Viewing is essential!!!
