We are doing some renovations and no longer require this unit.

We think the unit may be about 10 years old but not sure.
It goes well and is quiet

Equivalent new appears to be about $3,500

The unit has been removed by professional Heating and ventilating trades people and if required we can provide contact details for your installation.
