Kids back to school? Give their school bag a WOF!

You've been out and purchased all their new stationery, tablet and new lunchbox. It's now proudly organised in their new schoolbag and is thrown over their shoulder on their way out the door.

Have you stopped to check just how much weight they are carrying, or whether their bag is set up correctly to ensure that no excessive stress is put on their growing bodies?

It's time for a Warrant of Fitness for their bag!

We've put together some tips for ensuring your child's back pack is set up correctly!

If you have any concerns about your child's posture, or back and neck pain, feel free to contact us to discuss with no obligation. We can set up a complimentary assessment with a chiropractor to put your mind at ease.
