I like to shop at the Farmers Market. I like the idea of buying direct of the grower. But am I? I suspect that most vegetable stands buy their produce in, so are the growers getting a better deal than the supermarkets offer? Or are we just swopping one middle man for another? They don' have to be cheaper, I would just be happy for the grower to get a better deal.
If any readers have any information on this I would love to hear from them. Cheers.
