Help required

Vincent from Flaxmere

Hi all.
This is a touchy, hard subject.

As a male, needing a protection order to be safe.
How do I go about this?

I have contacted the community law center and said about my situation, and the reply was they don't think I can do much.

Hi all.
This is a touchy, hard subject.

As a male, needing a protection order to be safe.
How do I go about this?

I have contacted the community law center and said about my situation, and the reply was they don't think I can do much.

Some background.

My wife and daughter are at logaheads. My wife has suffered what we thought was depression for nearly 8 years and was basically bedroom bound.
Then all of a sudden she went manic and has been sectioned.
She had access to her phone and computer. My daughter and I get constant abuse and threats via these methods.
I rang community law and they said there is not much I can do.

REALLY? If I said or did half of what my partner is doing I am sure she would get immediate help. But I can not get her to stop harressing or abusing either myself or my daughter.

Any suggestions?

I desperately need to make space. And we will be moving house. Make me an offer.

Does anyone need single headboards? I have about 8-10. Free.
The shower floor, glass wall and basin (with fittings) are a year old. In need of a good clean, but in excellent condition otherwise.
The bar stools are bonded leather, and all risers work. Also need a good clean. Suitable for she shed/man cave. 2 Left.

Also available a white wooden cot, meets current standards. No mattress, in good condition, could use a fresh coat of paint.
And heavy coffee table, with a hammered copper bird motif. Roughly 72x67x38cm.

There are other bits of furniture in my garage, that need fixing up, if you have the room, time and tools. I only have the tools at the moment.

I also have new items of furniture you are welcome to view, and purchase. Just message me when you want to come and view

Six60 concert bus update

Julie Neighbourly Lead from Havelock North

If, like me, you booked the concert bus, but were worried about it leaving the concert at 10pm, don’t worry. This has been rectified. It is not leaving until 11.30pm now, so we won’t miss the main act.

If you didn’t book because of that, you still can. But you need to get in fast.

My name is Jo Edwards, I am chairperson of Kiwi CRPS Charitable Trust, which is a New Zealand registered Charity.

Currently we actively support about 400 members and their families who are affected by Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), a rare and extremely debilitating neurological chronic pain condition.

The Trust provides support and advocacy via social media and runs regional groups across New Zealand. Kiwi CRPS Charitable Trust has helped raise awareness of CRPS over the past few years amongst medical professionals and support services by working as a group, helping members access information, advocacy, and communication tools. You can find more information here www.kiwicrps.co.nz...

November 7th 2022 is designated International ‘Color the World Orange’ CRPS Awareness Day. Orange symbolises CRPS and the burning pain sufferers experience. Every year, CRPS organisations around the world use the opportunity to brighten up the world around them. More information here nationaltoday.com...

The hastings District Council (along with many other areas this year) have agreed to light up our Hastings Clock tower Orange on Monday 7th Nov. I will be there at 7.45pm, along with several others from our HB group. We would love to share our stories with anyone who comes along.

We are trying hard to put NZ on the map for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome

These traps are dangerous to people and animals. The HDC have responded quickly to this by sending a team in to find and remove these. Quite unsettling for this to happen in such a loved community park. Stay safe and be on the look out.
