If you LOVE talking to people, are computer savvy, like organising, and like to feel you can make a difference, the Cambridge Red Cross Transport Organiser needs some help. The role involves taking phone calls from people requiring transport to medical appointments in Hamilton and then phoning our volunteer drivers to arrange the journey.
I love doing the role but at times I need a break and would love to hear from someone who would be prepared to learn the role and take the phone once a month for a week or if I am ill.
