Libraries at Alert Level 3
We are now operating at Alert Level 3.
Our libraries will be working under the following conditions.
. Our libraries will be closed to customers even though staff may be on-site.
. After-hours returns/bookdrops will remain closed for the time being.
. Due dates for all items will continue to be extended.
. No items will be due back during the time of closure.
. There will no additional charges to borrowers.
You may still contact staff members directly or email us. A 'Book a Librarian' service is also available.
eResources and databases are available 24/7 and eBooks are free to borrow. For an instructional video on how to use the eBook system, click here.
Virtual programmes, activities and quizzes will continue to be offered online.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
