Burglary

Betty from Hillcrest

On Friday the 22nd December at round about 6.30am in the morning while I was 6 feet away in my swimming pool plus I had visitors in the house , I was burgled . They came in and stold two cell phones one brand new and my laptop computer. These people do not consider the stress an heartache they put people through. Even so close to Christmas having to go to the insurance etc. On the computer had photos and important documents .It looks like you have to lock ourselves inside and outside of the house. What is our country coming to ? We do know the nationally of the person Sick of them wanting everything and even taking everything .I only hope they get their comeupits..

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
