Hi :-) I currently have bee hives (apiaries) in and around Hamilton. I am looking for suitable locations to put 10 to 12 hives down. Suitable means that the site is reasonably flat and accessible yet not view-able from the road side (some people steal hives). It needs to be sunny and not create a nuisance for nearby neighbors. Lifestyle properties just outside Hamilton are generally ideal. Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
