Hi Neighbours, could you imagine cows floating down the Waikato River?

These cows are floating on Europe's largest port, in another effort to make cattle farming more sustainable. The owners call it the world's first 'floating farm'. It's in Rotterdam and they want it to minimize waste and land use, and also bring food production closer to the city.

Comfrey is a must have in any garden. Easy to grow and a great source of natural fertiliser. Their very long tap roots draw up nutrients from deep down.
Just 'chop and drop' around the garden. Or steep the leaves in water in a covered container - as it will smell- for a few weeks. Then use the resulting liquid as liquid fertiliser - diluted till the mixture looks like weak tea.
They are great planted around fruit trees, about a metre from the trunk. They will slowly spread over the years so best planted away from the vege garden.
I have lots of other plants, herbs, ground covers and FRESH EGGS for sale.
Pick up on Newell road, Tamahere.
Please text 027-6566223.
