Concrete roads, uncommon in New Zealand, could offer significant savings in time and money for local and central government if used for the Cambridge to Piarere Expressway, according to a newly released industry report.
The report, The Case for Concrete Roads, was launched by Transport Minister Simeon Brown during an event at Claudelands on Wednesday.
