The One

The Team from Neighbourly Property

The new carpet is laid in your move-in ready home which welcomes your family with five bedrooms, two large living zones and three-car garaging. There's certainly no shortage of space in your Huntington executive. It's a very desirable package dressed in low-upkeep brick, fitted out for simplicity and function, and employing various features to make life more comfortable such as temperature-controlled gas hot water, air ventilation and heat pumps.
Hard surfaces are tiled and both living areas open outdoors so you can gravitate outside with ease over summer and immediately enjoy the privacy of your patio and backyard. Well-appointed bathrooms include a master ensuite with dual showerheads. Your central kitchen is a modern space buffering the two living zones.
There is good storage and the bonus of a third garage, which is especially handy if a home gym or rumpus room are called for. Margrain Close is a cul-de-sac environment in walking distance of underpass accesses to Hukanui Primary and Chartwell shopping centre, as well as Greenhill Park precinct. It is zoned for North school zoning and in close proximity of Wairere Expressway and Gordonton Road for effortless commuting.
