River Rd closure for tree pruning
The section of River Rd between Glen Lynne Ave and Wairere Dr will be closed to through traffic from 6.30am to 3pm on Tuesday 1 September. The closure is to allow arborist crews to safely remove trees and prune along River Rd. A detour for Wairere Dr will be clearly marked along Glen Lynne Ave. Traffic management will be in place to maintain access for River Rd properties.
Roadworks on SH1 between Hampton Downs and Rangiriri
From 7 to 18 December, there will be night-time closures on SH1 between Hampton Downs and Rangiriri (Sundays to Thursdays, 9pm to 5am) to carry out wire rope barrier maintenance. Please expect delays when travelling through this area.
