Rototuna principal retires after 51 years in education
A pupil from Mike Sutton's first ever class - now a doctor - caught up with him 51 years later, as he retires from the profession.
Mike Sutton has been principal at Rototuna Primary School for 11 years, and has spent 51 years working in education.
While pupils asked to describe Sutton said he was kind, caring, hardworking and cheerful, the word "bald" also kept coming up.

From rugged campsite to 7.5ha resort
Grant Kilby has always loved camping. His mum was director of health at the YMCA, and he would attend YMCA camps in the school holidays. “I think it was mandatory that I was there,” he jokes.
He went on camping holidays with his parents, and later, took his own kids.
“Camping’s been in my blood.”
