Time to change for the better?

John from Huntington

Hi neighbours,

For anyone looking to manage stress, lose weight, stop smoking, improve sleep quality, perform better at work, at sport or at home, build self-confidence, overcome a fear/phobia or to simply take some time to relax and rebalance...

During April, I am offering the special concession price of $99 for a 90 minute hypnotherapy or personal performance coaching session. My office is very conveniently located on Thomas Road in Rototuna and I do offer evening sessions for those who might find it challenging to get away from work or children during the day. Appointment times are very limited and subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

To book, send me a private message directly here, or via my Facebook page (www.facebook.com/metaworksnz) or email me at john@metaworks.co.nz. Any queries will be answered promptly and privately.

From rugged campsite to 7.5ha resort

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

Grant Kilby has always loved camping. His mum was director of health at the YMCA, and he would attend YMCA camps in the school holidays. “I think it was mandatory that I was there,” he jokes.

He went on camping holidays with his parents, and later, took his own kids.
“Camping’s been in my blood.”
