TAKE CARE OF YOUR NEW YEAR RECOVERY

Naturally Healthy

Well. It’s been a year! Quite. The. Year.
It’s been many things, the old ‘21. For many of us it’s been exhausting and draining. We need some rest and recovery.
But first….We'll be letting go this New Year period, no doubt. We've earned it, by gum! A glass of pinot gris, hmmm yes please! A frothy? Oh, OK! A cocktail? If I must!
The thing is though, no-one enjoys the next-day feeling. You’re sluggish, your gut is doing tumble-turns and you're ironically dehydrated despite the drinking. To make things worse, the older we get, the longer it takes to recover. Errrgh.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
