i find it interesting that the city council takes it upon themselves to up our rates whenever they feel the need to and yet we get nothing in return but we do lose a curtain amount of our services that we pay like rubbish removal, they wont take a curtain plastic (and yet auckland takes everything)… View morei find it interesting that the city council takes it upon themselves to up our rates whenever they feel the need to and yet we get nothing in return but we do lose a curtain amount of our services that we pay like rubbish removal, they wont take a curtain plastic (and yet auckland takes everything) and they refuse to pick up cardboard thats any bigger than a shoes box give or take and they have recently raised the prices at the dump.Why do we pay rates in this city ?
