But more often than society would have us believe, some mothers find maternity stressful and lack the ability to bond and nurture, some are unable to show concern empathy and love toward their child and the child misses that invaluable bond.
However, did you know that research, shows time and time again, that a child, a baby, a teen, needs JUST ONE AVAILABLE ADULT in its life to become its optimal best, emotionally, physically and mentally. It does not need to be a parent. So don't despair, YOU can become that person! Be it a grandparent, caregiver, teacher, extended family member. You can make a difference.

🔥 2. Only use fireworks in wide open areas, away from flammable items such as trees, grasses, gas tanks, and wood.
💦 3. Keep a bucket of water or hose nearby.
👧 4. Children should never light fireworks themselves and need to be supervised closely at all times.
🧰 5. Keep all unlit fireworks in a secure bag or container away from any source of fire until they are ready to be used.
📞 6. Be considerate and let neighbours know if you're planning to set off fireworks. Aim to finish at a reasonable time.
🐱 7. Keep pets comfortable and secure inside. The loud booms and flashing lights can easily scare them off.
🐮 8. Avoid lighting off fireworks around farm animals and be aware of any newborns or elderly neighbours who may also be affected. If possible, change locations to somewhere that minimises any disturbances.
🌿 9. Be a tidy Kiwi and let's work together to keep New Zealand beautiful! Clean up any any rubbish and leave your spot better than you found it.

we have been a spark customer for over 2 years. since the start of the WRC in japan we noticed a spike in our data usage in the short space of 2 weeks. we have been on a 20GB plan and have seldom if ever been over 10GB but suddenly we started receiving emails telling us we have requested an upgrade… View morewe have been a spark customer for over 2 years. since the start of the WRC in japan we noticed a spike in our data usage in the short space of 2 weeks. we have been on a 20GB plan and have seldom if ever been over 10GB but suddenly we started receiving emails telling us we have requested an upgrade to 60GB. we were then sent an email saying we had reached our 20GB quota and would be charged $10 for an extra 10GB. we have been on the phone to the Philippines all last week complaining about it but no one from spark has replied. attached is the snags we took of our usage over the long weekend while our modem was unplugged as was requested by spark. they still will not reply. how is it that we are being charged data download when our modem is unplugged and our computers are off? I suggest everyone who is with spark or skinny check their usage history.

Kahutara Primary School in Featherston is switching to LEDs. All LEDs are Gen Less bulbs as they use less energy, which ultimately helps halt climate change. If we all got on board and switched now it would make a huge difference
