On under 5 acres- **but only has access to cottage on a large sectioned off area, garden, own drive way, brand new wooden fence all around Cottage, safe secure, veranda, fridge, washing machine, lounge suite, double bed.

Non smoking environment, no alcohol (( meaning : non on private property non consumed on the premise please, as Cottage is in same legal land as our home)) so this may not suit some.

Must have own transport- has biking trail.
***Must be mature person only, sorry wont suit teens or party goers at all.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
