CENTURY 21 changes the way real estate does business with the 24-hour sales consultant. Client Login is accessible via the CENTURY 21 office website using an assigned username and password. Sellers and Landlords are able to access a range of information and feedback that is split into 5 categories: Office Feedback, Interested parties inspection feedback, Inspection feedback, Interested enquiry feedback and Enquiry feedback.
Interest parties inspection feedback and Interested parties enquiry feedback is displayed separately and highlights those that are showing interest in your property. Review the feedback from these prospective purchasers or renters to gauge where you stand in the market place.
Property inspection and Enquiry feedback are also available and the comments, opinion of price and general feedback shown here can be just as important as that from the interested parties.
Office Feedback keeps track of all marketing correspondence and activity relating to the sale or leasing of your property. It tracks all advertising submitted over the sale/lease period, including publication, date and cost. Open home times are also recorded here and any changes to the portal marketing.
Vendors and Landlords can also monitor the number of hits their listing has received on the CENTURY 21 website, view the marketing campaign budget and click on the direct link to contact the agent, should they have questions or comments.
