1-bedroom unit which can be opened up into an open plan studio. Garden access directly through French doors. Parking on-site for 1 vehicle.
Set off the main street in a quiet enclave of only 6 houses, surrounded by forestry and shrubbery. Looking for a professional person who enjoys a quiet, nature lifestyle.
Large bedroom with en-suite bathroom which is fully tiled walk-in shower with rain head and shampoo box and sliding glass door. Vanity - with LED mirror.
Lounge with TV. Fully carpeted with European shutters on the windows. Kitchenette with sink, microwave, air-fryer and fridge/freezer.
$450 per week includes utilities and fibre. Available 15/6/2024
NO SMOKERS (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE) and NO PETS.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
